Terms of Service
Terms for using the Zhongya Fabrics B2B nonwoven supply website.
Effective: January 1, 2025
General Terms
This website provides B2B information for nonwoven materials, wipe substrates, custom finishing, export packing and export inquiries.
Website content is for reference and does not create a binding quotation or contract.
Final specifications, prices, MOQ, lead time and export terms must be confirmed in writing.
We may update website content and these terms when needed.
Quotes and Pricing
RFQs submitted through the website, email or WhatsApp are requests for quotation, not confirmed orders.
Prices may vary with raw material costs, specifications, quantity, packing method and shipping terms.
A formal quotation is valid only for the stated validity period.
A purchase order or contract confirmed by both parties is required before production.
Orders and Payment
Orders are confirmed after written agreement on specification, price, payment, packing, lead time and shipment terms.
Common payment methods include T/T, L/C and other mutually agreed methods.
Custom samples or trial orders may require separate confirmation before bulk production.
Production timing depends on material availability, finishing process and order volume.
Shipping and Delivery
Shipping terms follow the Incoterms agreed in the quotation or contract.
Export packing, documents and destination port should be confirmed before shipment.
Delivery dates are estimates unless otherwise confirmed in writing.
Import duties, local clearance and destination charges are normally handled by the buyer unless agreed otherwise.
Quality and Claims
Products should be checked against the agreed written specification and approved samples.
Any quality claim should include photos, batch details and test evidence when relevant.
Storage, handling and converting conditions may affect final performance.
Our responsibility is limited to the agreed order terms and confirmed product specification.
Dispute Resolution
Disputes should first be handled through good-faith commercial negotiation.
If negotiation fails, the dispute process will follow the signed contract or mutually agreed written terms.
These website terms do not override a signed purchase contract.
